Concerns over Ovendens Traffic

I have recently received concerns over the number of Ovendens lorries passing through Wigmore Lane, below are details of who to direct this issue to:

If local residents or others wish to report breaches of the agreed HGV routeing concerning Ovendens it would assist if they could try to provide vehicle registration numbers as well as date, time and livery. It is appreciated that this is not always possible and may be regarded as onerous. However, not all vehicles associated with of the Ovenden Group will be using the waste management facility and some other HGVs may not be visiting the facility at all. The local community are also encouraged to contact RH Ovenden Ltd direct with concerns about its operations where possible as it is best placed to respond to them on 01304 841841, email enquiries@ovendens.com. This said, concerns can also continue to be relayed about the waste management facility to KCC’s Planning Applications Group, this group is only responsible for issues associated with waste management facility at the former brickworks – ideally on its generic email address: planning.applications@kent.gov.uk or by telephone on 03000 411200. Any other planning issues should be reported to Dover DC.
